Poor customer service

I opened an account yesterday at bradlows i was told to pay the deposit today i went in store to pay my deposit of 1769 and a few cents after i paid my profile keeps showing pending the store manager at bradlows in meyerton has sent request through to head office but head office is not processing my account and not giving any answers i requested my deposit back but cant get it i dont have my deposit nor my product im not getting any answers from bradlows and i requested that the head office phone me back on *** but nothing this is not good customer service at all i want my product or my deposit in full back or head office to phone me.
