Poor customer service at Bradlows Jubilee mall

I'm very ****ed off right now. I regret the day I set my foot into Bradlows Jubilee mall in Hammanskraal. I wanted to surprise my mom with a coffee table worth R3500 so went to the store last year to lay-by it. Due to covid19 lockdown I delayed to settle the outstanding balance of R1000 until last week when I went to the store to settle it. I've been told that the item is out stock just after paying the outstanding balance. When I asked how is that possible they told me the furniture stores don't operate the same as the clothing stores as far as lay-by is concern. I then asked for a refund and I was asked to provide them with a bank statement for them to deposit the money into my account within 14. These people made me struggle to get my money back as if they are doing me a favor. The saleslady was very rude to her customer service s****s is very poor. I still haven't received the my money.
