POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I reported to the service provider of my change in circumstances with my employer due to mental health and having to go away for months.

I know I wouldn't be paid and requested payment adjustments months prior even attached my medical records. No feedback was recieved until I came back in December fully. Having heard nothing since this morning upon an sms recieved yesterday, indicating final demand and that the account is handed over i call requesting answers from their admin team. My call was ended and the was a 3rd party called Brummer demanding and threatening repossession.

Under what circumstances was due process followed here my name has been tarnished had i known from the beginning that this is the service bradlows prides themselves on i wouldn't have bother i shall be seeking legal assist and reporting this with the ombudsmen.

I've communicated and have proof of such on of the goods had a factory fault and I was promised it would be fetched and none of this was dobe either till date.
