Poor Customer Service and Incompetence

Im very dissapointed on their accounts deparent the information they providing is shocking my account is up to.date but im listed as a slow payer for 2 months i went to the store calledtheir legal department but no one is keen to assist they have been pushing me from pillar to post from March 2018 its about time i approach the NCR this is not ok i sent an email on the 8th of aApril requesting for a detailed statement on my account they said they willrespond with 48 business hours up until today abafoni im very dissapointed
