Poor customer service

I brought a bed with a bedroom suite at Bradlows in Claremont,firstly they took one and a half weeks for them to deliver the goods.i called the head office to complain but that did not help,so after all they delivered my stuff.i wasn't at home the time they brought the goods so I asked my neighbor to open for them,so I was told that the headboard and the other leg of the bed were broken,so I immediately contacted the Claremont branch that I brought the at.they said I should give them a few minutes to contact the driver.after a few minutes they contacted me saying that the driver said the goods were ok the time he left them at my place.i even sent them photos but all of that did not helped me.i had a bad experience with Bradlows,I'd advise people not to do business with bradlows because their heart's will be left broken like mine
