Poor customer service

I'm extremely disappointed with the service Bradlows providing

My mother in-law have been waiting more than a month on her delivery of her new couches

She bought couches at Bradlows and with in 3months the material of the couches gave her problems , she was then promise a consultant will contact her back

Have been waiting patiently on you guys for 6weeks still no feedback , I'll surely not advice anyone to buy something by you guys
