Poor customer service

I had the worst customer experience at Bradlows in Balfour park, Vincent East London. I purchased a 32 inch Sansui TV on special when I got home the TV had an ink mark on the screen. I immediately returned to shop only for the manager and the sales person to tell us that there’s nothing they can do. I had to log a complaint with the customer center with no assistance from the store. The worst part is when the sales guy left the shop because he had to knock off and left me the to contact the call center. I have not been assisted had to pack that tv and return home with it
