Poor customer care and service delivery

I’ve purchased the Zara Dining Table from Bradlows furnishers online and after making the purchase I was informed that the item would be delivered after 7 days. The item was delivered after the 7 day period has passed and no one one informed me about the delay from the shop. Only the courier kept me up to date with the order. When the order arrived it was incomplete and again no one from Bradlows check if the item has been delivered. I had to contact them via email and watsapp and still no one contacted about my query. This is so disappointing. I have logged a query for a return to Bradlows and I’m still not assistance. It seems that Bradlows doesn’t care about their customers only the sales.
