Poor customer care and faulty advertising merhods

Poor customer care. On 15th November I at bradlows newcastle to take out labye and I was told to come back on 16th November 2021 now I am at the shop they are telling me stories instead of giving me the purchased item. I don't know who is their area manager I never even met them at shop but now their are telling me about their area manager.
