Poor Client Service

Im very disappointed with Bradlows. Your client service is very poor with regards to online laybye. i made final payment and sent POP on the 23rd. No communication from you regarding delivery of my purchase, i have to call and quiry delivery only to be told i have to wait 5 days. This is unaccaptable.
