Poor Client Service

I was treated so badly by Bradlows in Westonaria , firstly I went to cancel my laybye on the 10 March 2021, unfortunately they were about to close and tell me to come back again in the morning . I met with a friendly guy when arrived and refer me to other person to assist , The lady asked her boss to authorize ,boss ignored me and left me unattended and went to smoke outside. I Waited for the boss with the hope that she will come and assist , unfortunately she was busy at other sore chatting with her friend, Please assist
