Poor business relations

I bought a mini oven on the 30th September 21 and was told that it would be fetched from the warehouse and delivered to the store within 72hours. I'm still to receive a call from the store with an update.

I'm appalled by the service and attitude I received when I eventually visited the store to find out if the stove had been delivered. I was told " we said we'll call you when the stove arrives. We have not called which means the stove is not here and it seemed as if no followup was made since the 30th. Atteridgeville Bradlows is incomplete.
