Poor Bradlows Ladysmith

I ordered a credit for a Couch at Bradlows Ladysmith store , it took days to complete the application process as it was returned because I was "over committed" The mistake was fixed and I got my Couches... I opened and it was a wrong order, I called the stored they acknowledged the Couches were wrong and the have the ones I order in store. Still they delivered wrong order and we decided to take it... I am still waiting for the Couch Cleaner I order a month ago.
