Poor assistance

I bought a bed by this Bradlows Virginia and the quality was very poor, after a week the bed was sagging and asked for a refund. its been more than a week now waiting for a refund because the stories they tell a person its all BS to get the refund back. I called headoffice and they said the money is already in the store. Uncompetent Staff and Management will never by from this place again
