Poor assembly of dining room suite

I bought a dinning room that was delivered on 6 October. The people did not assemble it properly as it as bent or *****ed legs. I called Bradlows and they said they will come and reassemble on Wednesday & october now it is 8th October nothing has changed. Moreover the people who delivered had a bad attitude. Please help or I will simply ask for a refund because a *****ed dining room table is no use to me
