POOR AND APPALING SERVICE FROM BRADLOWS SOUTHGATE

My wife (NTOMBIZODWA NQOKWANE) bought a furniture (couches, chairs and a coffee table) at Bradlows Southgate two months ago. They delivered a coffee table with a broken leg. The store was informed immediately. They acknowledged and sent another another table with a broken leg again. My wife decided that she is not going to buy it anymore as the quality is very poor. Bradlows is not willing to reverse the table, instead they are debiting as if nothing has happened. Emails were forwarded, they just acknowledge without action. POOR SERVICE without any concern to the customers.
