Poor after sale service with non delivery of the full compliment of goods purchased

I purchased a dining room set which was delivered with 2 faulty chairs, which were fetched by their repair centre after my complaint, almost three months ago. These have not been repaired and returned in spite of many complaints and several appeals for restoration.
