Pooor customer service

On Monday the 3rd July i went to Bradlows Westgate Mall in CPT to pay off the coffe table laybye. Unfortunately the did'nd have one abailable at the store, they refered me to the Promenade store. The lady that was assisting me called Promenade to check if they have one for me, lucky enough they had one and she told them thath we gonna come and fetch they must rap it for me. My husband and I got to Promenade only to find out the coffe table is on display with few marks. We told the supervisor at the Promenade store that we were not aware of that. She told us that she has nothingbto do with that we must drive back to Wesygate mall and it did not end the my husband was told to rap up the coffe table himself and take it into our car.
