Please help me

HelloPeter. My name is Badeli I'm writing to you because I have a complain about Bradlows furniture store. I lay by couches early this yeari went there today to pay the rest of the money meaning I was supposed to get my couches weekend. So today they told me that they no longer have those couches and I want them this December now I want refund they say I will get my money after 47 /5 weeks. Please help me
