Please come and fetch damaged products

I have a beautiful dining room suite from your store. Sadly, the chairs have some sort of nails in the seats which are VERY SHARP. They are dangerous and my family were casualties of those nails. I went to the store last December and lodged a complaint. Fortunately a similar dining room suite was in-store and shown them where the problem is. IT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM!! If you press at the edges of the seats of the chairs, you will feel those sharp objects inside the cover. I am of the belief that all the Avante dining room suite have the same factory fault in their chairs. As usual i was promised that my problem will addressed soon....until today<br> <br> Hoping this matter will be given attention<br> Herby
