plasma screen worth 5000r

in March 2020 I have purchased a plasma stand from bradlows waited for delivery 18 days could not deliver due to stand being damaged when being delivered we were told not to touch it they unwrapped it and left it after a month we realised that the stand was in a very poor falling apart condition which has staples flue etc they uplifted it on the 7 of September 2020 we are still waiting for the replacement of the stand
