Paying Bradlows for TV I don't use

At Bradlows in Pietermaritzburg at Greater Edendale Mall . I bought a TV last year November. This year it started to give me problems. I informed my salesperson at Bradlows. She said I should bring it back since it is insured.I did so. It now a month when I ask them they play hide and seek. No straight answer. But in insurance it says I will get a new TV and a it's not hapening. Instead I'm paying for what I don't use.
