Pay Back The Money Bradlows, Please!

For the past month myself and my mother have been struggling to get my mother's money back from Bradlows.

After my mother bought a dining table set, in cash I might add, on receiving delivery, the glass top broke when they loaded it off. My mother then proceeded to tell them if this is the kind of service she is getting for the money she paid then she wants her money back.

After my mom gave clear instructions, the manager of Bradlows Oudtshoorn branch gave even more poor service because it took myself multiple times calling them to get ANY information out of them because they never communicated honestly to my mother.

The manager kept giving inaccurate information and only recently made efforts to contact headquarters on ********** , but there again a Mr Jacobs, was never available to answer any queries pertaining to my mothers money being paid back to her account.

It has been more than a month and still no one can give us any solid feedback that can put my mother at ease.

Terrible customer service for an institution that has been in business for decades.
