Pay back my money

This is by far the worst experience, staff at bradlows Maponya mall are not professional and they do not take their work serious. I submitted refund documents at the store a month ago only to be told there is no request open when I did a follow up. They want me to send the documents again. This is just a waste of my time and petrol as I drove to the branch, now they are giving me a run around.
