Pathetic Services From Bradlows

Most Pathetic Service ever received even from Head office.I opened a credit account on the 7th September was promised delivery early the following week, After numerous follow ups i was told to pay R260 for TV License which i did on the 14th i was then told they cant deliver the 14th as they were busy with stock take they will come on the 16th on the Monday late afternoon they said i must come see the manager i went and the manager was not in i arrived late at work cause of this, the next day the manager said she is waiting for head office to refer to my old offer i signed for as the credit amount was now less, what nonsense is this???everything was signed all that had to happened was delivery apparently up until today they waiting for head office to approve credit application.How much airtime and transport money was not wasted on this.I phoned head office they put me through to all departments no one was willing to assist they dint even allow me to give my application number nothing.Resolve this or i will cancel was it any other store i would have had the please of enjoying my products by now.
