Pathetic Service,Poor customer and promises they can't keep

We bought couches cash at Bradlows Festival mall a year ago 6 months later they started cracking as if they have used plastic leather we have reported them we were asked to bring proof of purchase and we did exactly that and we were told that people from the warehouse Will call and come to collect the chairs even today they never came . We are very disappointed with their service and the fact that they have poor customer service maybe it's because we bought them cash so they were not getting any interest from us.

Poor service and Pathetic customer service.
