Pathetic service- This was supposed to be a gift not a complaint

On Wednesday I went to South Gate Bradlows to purchase a Defy air fryer apon my arrival it was out of stock they checked for me in other store the located 2 in Jabulani Mall and I was advised to pay it at South Gate and collect at Jabulani I refused to collect it at Jabulani coz of the service I received the Store manager suggested I collect it at Glen Mall on Thursday since they will be having a meeting there and confirmed with the Jabulani mall store manager I paid and inform the store manager she need to keep our promise I wouldn’t like to experience the same service as Jabulani. Thursday I call the Glen store to check before I come collect I was informed the is no Air fryer delivered but the managers are still in the meeting the will be out at 3:30 cool. I call at 17:30 to confirm before I pitch to my surprise nothing was handed over by the Jabulani manager. I call the South Gate store to confirm spoke to Supervisor Rose informed me they can’t call the store manager coz she might be driving instruct her to tell the store manager to call me and have my merchandise delivered at my house Friday by 12 as it is a woman’s day gift she apologise and informed me she will convey the message.

Friday I’m waiting for a call or delivery nothing this Is a pathetic services from store manager and the company over promise and under deliver coz they have a sale they don’t care now.

Now I need to make alternative plans for another gift. I regret believing and trusting the store as a whole while I told them of my previous experience with the company
