Pathetic service received from Bradlows and JD head office

I bought a hisense 16kg twin tub washing machine in 2019 and in 2020 the machine gave me problems I went to the store Bradlows in eveton mall told them my problem, after a month a technician was sent he checked the machine and said he will come back they need to order the machine part that was damaged, few days later got an sms that the parts was ordered and not in stock few day later my query is resolved, I waited nothing hapend went to the Bradlows again they told me they will sent an email to Hisence nothing happened. What irritated me is that I contacted the head office JD group still I did not get help, as a customer the level of service I received is pathetic I think they are stolling waiting for warranty to expire
