Pathetic Service from Bradlows Bellville Kruskal in Cape Town.

I bought a SleepMasters Toledo 152cm Base set at Bradlows store in Bellville Kruskal on the 30th March 2022 and the sales person was Arthur Solomons. The arrangement was the bed will be delivered by Queenstown branch in EC to my village within 7 days. The aim was get the bed delivered before I get home the 26th of April 2022, that gave them enough time to do all the arrangement for delivery.

Till today the 3rd May 2022 the bed is not delivered, before I even went home I had to follow up with them, and when I do so I get a different story, store blaming a warehouse, warehouse being unreachable, and order being cancelled. On the 28th of April 2022 I called Arthur Solomons to cancel the whole process because he didn’t know what was happening and was tired of their games, and we agreed on that and he requested me to submit my ID and Bank Statement to refund me.

When I called today to check if my request is being processed, he told me the bed was delivered on Saturday, I told him that’s not true I was at home Saturday no one came, and I left EC 2nd of May 2022.

All I get is a run around from the salesperson to the regional manager, no body is giving a clear direction. I am fed up with their poor service I just want my refund.
