Pathetic service from Bradlows

I made an online purchase for a bed on the 8th of August and it was supposed to take 5 to 10 working days for delivery. Well ...needless to say...no bed was delivered to date...26th of August. I received emails...confirming purchase...further that my bed was ready to be shipped. ...still no bed was delivered. Several frustrated calls and emails proved fruitless. This is the most pathetic service I've experienced ever!!!!theres no platform to deal directly with anyone...bec the call centers are just as useless.
