Pathetic Service

I bought a bedroom suite on the 15fh of Sept 2022, it was delivered on the 17th of Sept by a very impatient driver. I realized when they are gone that the drawers of the bedroom suite are all loose. And there was a dent on the heardboard. I reported immediately. Up until today my matter has not been resolved. They promised to exchange the furniture but that has not been done. I've been calling them. Sending emails, wrote on their Twitter account still no progress. Such an old shop with a pathetic service. It's disgusting. I feel like burning their stupi furniture
