Pathetic service at Bradlows, they are **********

I bought leather couches at bradlows, after 3 months the leather started changing colour. They came and fetch them then delivered the me new ones. After almost a year the 2nd set started changing colour again and they collected them. Then the pathetic service started my couches were collected 21 January, I called to follow up whats happening, the people kept telling me that they not getting through to house of motani for two weeks until I decided to make the call myself. House of motani told me I was refunded and Bradlows need to give me money. Bradlows refused to give me money and told me they are fixing my couches and after a week they came back and said they will refund me but I can only buy from them. I didnt find anything I like and those I like are expensive and they are now refusing to give me my money back. telling me to just take anything in their shop but all I need are couches, why should I buy a bed. I need my money back. Now they not returning my calls
