PATHETIC SERVICE AT BRADLOWS!!

On 30 May 2019 I lodged an insurance claim at Bradlows Alberton branch for my 2 seater couch. I was advised I should wait for an investigator that will come to my house and verify goods and my claim. Eventually on 03 June 2019 an investigator with a poor camera phone by the name of Frans Tleane came to the house and asked ME to take photos of the couch cause his phone doesn't take quality pictures but this guy is Bradlows TRUSTED investigator. He told me I should receive a call no later than Friday from repairs centre for collection of my couch. It's now MONDAY and no one from Bradlows has ever called me or made any follow up on my claim. On my first claim for my 3 seater couch, I didn't experience such pathetic service from Bradlows and I was never told to wait for a louzy investigator. I am giving Bradlows 5 days to respond to my claim before I escalate it to FAIS OMBUDSMAN.
