Pathetic service

First time buying from Bradlows and definitely my last. I purchased a couch from the store in Arbour Crossing , first they promised me that my lounge set will be delivered within 4 days but it only came a week later. The delivery guys couldn't get a piece in so they put 5 pieces in. I got the last piece in later on the day and when I opened one of the pieces that were brought in by delivery guys , there was a cut on it. I've reported it and it's been 2 weeks not but no feedback or assistance from thr store or the warehouse. Pathetic service
