Pathetic service

Unprofessional, horrible , poor , pathetic service received from Bradlows Greenacers Port Elizabeth, the strive to get a quick sales but do not value their customers , is this how a business is run ? After months of trying to sort out a Fridge that was bought we have still had no luck. The customer service team at their Branch treat people as if they are doing them a favor which in this event is not the case. We bought a fridge from Bradlows , took out an extended warranty , after 16 months the fridge stopped working , when we went to their branch Frikkie assistances in February to our surprise we get the run around, or we get told that someone will come and fix the product... every visit to their story brings about a new story . In the event where Bradlows values their business I suggest a call is made to me before legal action is taken against their team due to the bad service . Our family has been without a fridge for the past couple of months and there is no sort of empathy from the team in Pe, running a business requires consistency , service , respect , value, discipline and communication . Surly one customers value is as important as the rest ?
