Pathetic Service

I purchased TWO BEDS (Queen size) from Bradlows Amanzimtoti Arbour Crossing Branch on Thursday, 16 June 2022. They confirmed stock and delivery was set for Monday 20 June 2022.

Friday I was informed it was postponed to Tuesday (Today), as they only captured the sale on Friday. Monday I’m informed the delivery is then postponed to Tomorrow (Wednesday), today (Tuesday, 21 June 2022 at 18:06) I received an sms to say its once again delayed and will be notified by sms when the new delivery date will be. This is unacceptable. We had to pay the money with EFT with a immediate clearance, but your company is not delivering my items.

I will never again buy from your group! I want this sorted and delivered tomorrow.

This same email i have sent to head office and sent this message to the “branch manager”.
