Pathetic service
Bradlows Chatsworth Centre. Jerad the manager has no customer ethics whatsoever. His staff member overcharged me R800. The other sales lady was rude and slammed the phone down on me twice. And Jerad makes empty promises for delivery with "sorry" for every incompetence. All he does is laugh like an idiot.

08 Apr 2025, 17:11My item gets delivered after 5pm but it's damaged. Now I have to wait another week with the hope that the next item won't be damaged. And Jerad will get an award for top sales manager at the end of the year.
