Pathetic Service

i bought a bedroom suite through this **** place which cost R8000. We unpacked the headboard only to find that the moulds has been brittle Nd chipped off. I then went to Morkels assisted by sales consultant Arthur who then put incident call through. Few days later headboard was collected. Couple days later Arthur called to mention that there is a charge to fix it. I refuse to pay for something not used. Till today I have emailed store manager Nd regional manager yet none of them has had the decency to respond since the 12/10. Utter *******.

I want to return the goods purchased if my headboard can't be sorted within this week.
As per CPA I am allowed to return it in any condition and get my money back.
the option is yours whether to fix it at your cost or repay the 8K back.

Good Morning
To whom it may concern.
I have purchased from your Cape Town store a Diva bedroom suite, it cost 8K until today I have not utilised my place as its being completed.
When I unwrapped the headboard there was natural defect on it where in two spots the actual mouldings were brittle and broken off.
I then decided to make contact with sales consultant who then logged a service call for headboard to be collected, thus far what has transpired is where myself received a quote for repair of R399.
This i find disturbing and have a bad taste with purchasing any more products from the JD Group in future.
As per contact centre resolution is quote stands due to whom ever inspected says so.
There is two ways I am going to go about this, Hello Peter & social media seen that I am now a very UNHAPPY CONSUMER and I want what I paid cash for fixed at no cost.
I am not evens complaining of the other products which has poor workmanship.
Below is the images which I’ve taken and will post these pics with my story & demand a full refund with Consumer Protection Act.
