Pathetic Service

<p><br />I have been trying to call them all day they fone rings and the call just cuts i need to request a settlement letter but no1 answers i manages to get through to 2 different consultants who said they would transfer me to customer care but then the call is cut. Pathetic service and i regret ever doing business with them. Coz since i opened the account i has issues with delivery then the sent me messages saying my account is in arrears when it was paid to date and now its a huge stuggle just to get them to answer their fones to request a settlement letter</p>
