Pathetic service

I have been waiting for a delivery since saturday 01/08/20, no sign of communication on Bradlows Benoni's side, I have wasted so much time, waiting at home with the hope of the delivery coming, as a first time client at bradlows benoni the level of service i have received has been pathetic, to make matters worse when I called in to speak to the manager, there was no apology what so ever. "all she could say i was the driver was on his way". I hope top management would look into this matter as this is really denting the image of such a big company, I will definitely not recommend anyone to visit this store, up until they get their acts together. Very disappoint with this level of service
