Pathetic Service

Have purchased a dinimg room from bradlows...the installment is not going down and on the other hand their products are always defective. my couches habe been collected for the second time now its a month now since they were collected and yet i have to pay monthly..each time you send an email you get a response that your query will be attended urgently but that never happens....i will never in my life purchase any products from them....Pathetic service
