Pathetic service

My aunt bought furniture that is worth R100K cash from a well know furniture store trusted one to be exact but the services that she is been getting is **** ever since last year November she has reported that the couch has been damaged , the mattress is also damaged this was when it was delivered , coffee tables has cracks on the bottom this all she has paid R100K for what exactly??????????? she has called a numerous times and every time she i given a run around by Inda that the so called manager will be in contact to assist me is been 5 months and all this stress is now deteriorating my health
