Pathetic Service

I will never buy anything at bradlows ever again. I have bought couches from them on Monday 13 Nov 2017. And was told I'd receive my order in 2 days. Today is now Friday and I haven't received my goods...I have paid R30000 cash and don't owe bradlows a single cent...I wonder if u lie to all ur customers like you lie to me...every day I'm been told a different lie by the sales consultant Joel.Your service is disgusting
