Pathetic service

Pathetic service is received from bradlows and I will never shop there again and I will inform everyone I know not to shop there.There's no care for customers at all.This after numerous attempts to get my complain attended to but still no luck, I've tried getting help at the store level but still,I tried getting in touch with the regional manager but he just ignored me, I've recently even tried writing on Twitter but there is really no care at all.Such a disgrace.
