Pathetic service

I am extremely disgusted with the service I have received from Bradlows Bluff Towers. After my order I was called and promised delivery of my couches on Sunday, 22 December 2019 which did not happen. I went to the store on Monday, 23 December and was informed by the manager that they did not have stock of my couches but was promised that I would receive a delivery of couches even if it was a loan set so that we would at least have something to sit on for Christmas. I was then phoned on 24 December 2019 and again promised I would receive delivery and they confirmed that it would be the couches I ordered. By 16:45 I called the store as no delivery had taken place and was promised that I would receive delivery as they were working late to ensure all client orders were delivered. I waited up until 10pm and still no delivery. It was with great embarrassment that my Christmas guests had to sit on cushions on the floor. I feel that the staff deliberately mislead and **** to me. If I was not promised delivery I would not have gotten rid of my couches to make room for the new set. I will never buy anything from this company again and will not recommend that anyone else does.
