Pathetic Quality Of Couches Purchased from Bradlows Northam Limpopo

My experience with Bradlows Furniture Store In Northam Limpopo ??

I went to Bradlows on the 17 October 2018 to buy couches which I saw online I arrived at the store checked around and found what I wanted but it was the opposite as in pictures my reason for buying couches was to surprise my Mom on her Birthday which was on the 23rd October 2018

I choose the couches and was told the price is R18000 The purchase was processed which I paid cash in store, I was than told they would deliver on Friday which was on the 19th October 2018, I took a picture of the couches while in store and arrived at home showed my Mom the couches on pictures which she said she didn't like because they were to small I than agreed that it's fine I will go change them at the store tomorrow morning, Following morning I woke up went straight to Bradlows Northam to change the order I was told they don't have the couches in the shop store room but they will deliver them by Monday fine I said I will wait for new order delivery

Monday came no one called regarding delivery I gave them benefit of the doubt and Tuesday came still nothing, I than decided to go to the store to ask the progress of the delivery I was told they will call me , on Wednesday afternoon I received a call from a delivery guy saying they will be coming to deliver Around 15:35 24 October they arrived to deliver the couches ??the couches were wrapped in dirty large mielie sacks as if they are some R2000 couches as we unwrap the couches we were in for a surprise the couches were Dirty, the legs were uneven they looked like couches that were taken from display smelly of rat pee immediately I informed the delivery guy that I don't like the state of the couches they must inform the store they guy just looked at me in a attitude face and said okay, I than said can I get the paper where I must sign so that they can note down my complain about the condition of the couches he said "let me fetch it from the car" to my surprise as I peep outside to look gone was the delivery truck I didn't sign anywhere they left plastics and sags outside my yard all over

The state of the couches is horrible you wouldn't say I paid R18549 cash for them, I have informed the store about this and have logged a complain with customer services

I would like the couches to be changed and may I please receive new couches not couches that are old dirty and smell that have been on display for years according to its appearance or if Bradlows fails may I have my R18549 back in full I'm very disappointed in Bradlows I would never recommend it never?
