Pathetic customer service!!!!!!

I'm not one to complain but the customer service Bradlows is Appaling!!!On the 04th November 2020 I went to do an application at Bradlows,the agent that assisted me was very friendly and helpful so Kudos to him, however the application took from 4h30 till 6pm to complete.. Why? Because he was new,understandably so.however it was clear that he needed assistance and was still learning so he shouldn't have been left alone in the first place, when he did ask for help he was spoken down to by his superior and made to look stupid in front of us.after 1 and a half long hours when the application was finally completed I was told I had to pay a deposit of r1700, which I did the next day as I really wanted the goods. Upon arriving at the store to pay the deposit manager told me that the application had to be redone as all my details were captured incorrectly (mind you if she had supervised her poor trainee this wouldn't have been necessary)anyways I told her I didn't have much time I NEED to leave in the next 15minutes which she responded to "it won't take long" guess what? 30minutes later I'm still there to do a application that took 1 and a half hours to complete the day before!! I paid the deposit and left. She mentioned she would keep me updated. After a lack of communication or rather no communication and pathetic customer service and me having to call in to find out what was happening I decided to cancel, I went in the store and canceled.Two days later called only to be told the refund forms wasn't even sent off yet. 12days later, thousands of emails, time wasted, the store loosing my documens ,promised call backs (which never happened), speaking to hundred of agents who just doesn't seem to care as their answer to everything is "I dont know" or" I will get someone to call you back" I'm STILL waiting on my money!! Can someone from bradlows please tell me what is happening with My much needed money or even call call me to tell me if it was even processed yet Please!!
