Pathetic Customer Service

I bought a bedroom set and pay cash on Friday 26 August 2019, they would deliver it at home Saturday 27 August 2019. they contact us and when we answer the phone they cancel the call. No delivery Saturday, no delivery Sunday. I call Bradlows store Centurion Mall (Shop 334B) Monday morning, and ask the lady when will the bedroom set be deliver, she said she will find out and give me a call. Don't receive any calls from Bradlows. I call them to find out what is the progress, she is busy with the store room. During Monday morning (10:08) they send an sms through to say they struggle to get hold of me for the delivery. You can dial the phone numbers they provide no answer at all. They call my wife Monday and inform her they will deliver Tuesday. We wait until 19h20, Again No delivery made by Bradlows. Wednesday morning I phone Bradlows Centurion Mall and inform them they can cancel the delivery and they must refund. They provide me with a lot of excuses, it is not acceptable.
