pathetic attitude from the manager.

I went bought couches worth R30,000.00 from morkels in tzaneen and they is a cash price of R1000 when you buy for R20,000.00 and when I was asking the sale person about the gift that the offer me, the sales person consulted the store manager and I heard the manager telling the sales rep that he is not running a charity case. How can I be charity and still pay them R30,000.00 cash for the couches. I just bought the couches because the sales rep was good besides that I was gonna take my business else where. I'm not happy with the manager s attitude. They must take him for customers service training.
