Pathetic and *********** poor service

Hi. Beginning of this years my husband and I took a wardrobe and a sony system in Bradlows, few weeks late the Bluetooth would not connect so we contacted bradlows and we were told that they will someone to come and collect it and we waited for more than a week for that to happen eventually we decide to take it in ourselves on tbe 12th June. Still today we don't have our amplifier with us but we're paying full payments. We've tried calling several times and asked for call back by leaving our contacts on the system but with no luck. On the 21st July I sent an email got an automated response to say I will contacted within 72hours and nothing, so today I try again and finally get someone who tells me that my ticket was only logged on the 2nd August I am soo furious right now
